After eight successful editions organized respectively in Tetuan, Morocco (2000), Caceres, Spain (2002), Cairo, Egypt (2003), Marseilles, France (2004), Athens, Greece (2005), Genova, Italy (2006), Budapest, Hungary (2007) and Damascus, Syria (2008), the 9th edition of the Mediterranean Microwave Symposium MMS’2009 will be held in the wonderful Gibraltar Strait overlooking Moroccan city of Tangiers, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean,  in November 15-17, 2009.

MMS’2009 will provide an international forum for reporting progress and recent developments in RF and microwave and in many other related topics theory and applications .

:MMS2009 will consist of technical and  invited sessions and  keynote and tutorial sessions covering the state-of-the art of several hot topics in RF and microwave engineering and technology.

As was done in the former editions, MMS2009 will also organize the Best Paper competition for students attending and presenting their papers.

The papers accepted and presented in  MMS2009 will be published in both the MMS2009 Proceedings and in the IEEE Digital Library. Selected papers from those presented in MMS2009 will be also published in special issues of international journals as was also done in the former editions of this international conference.

To benefit from reduced  registration fees registration should be made before October 15th, 2009.

 

Final camera ready papers, prepared  according to the template available at this link, should be received by October 15th, 2009 to be included for MMS2009 Proceedings.

MMS2009 Students Best Paper Contest took place during the different oral and poster presentations. There are 3 winners from MMS2009 and 3 other winners from the WNGMN09.  The list of all the winners is available at this link.

 

 

All the participants of MMS2009 and WNGMN2009 are invited to submit their papers, according to the IEEE Template  together with the Copyright Transfer Form duly filled in and signed, before November 30 in order to be included in IEEE Digital Library (IEEE Xplore).
