Abdelaaziz EL Hibaoui is currently a Full Professor of the Computer Sciences Department at the Faculty of Science, Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Morocco. He received his Master degree in Systems programming from the Toulouse III-Paul Sabatier University, France in 2002. He obtained his PhD thesis from Bordeaux 1 University, France in 2016.
Professor EL Hibaoui is the head of the Computer Sciences and Systems Engineering Laboratory at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University since 2017. His research interests are in the area of Randomized Distributed Algorithms, Privacy and Computer Security, Smart Grid, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and, Informatics for Renewable Energy. He is a contributing author of several refereed journals and conference proceedings in Mathematics, and Computer Science. He has supervised many undergraduate students and graduate students in Computer Sciences. His students received recognition for best paper presentations at the national and international conferences. Professor El Hibaoui served as general chair, organizing member, session chair, and Technical Program committee member for many editions of highly reputed national or international conferences such as National Security Days, International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Systems, International Renewable and Sustainable Energy Conference, International Conference on Smart City Applications, etc.
Professor EL Hibaoui is the coordinator of Mathematics and Computer Sciences Stream at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University. He taught courses in different levels Computer Sciences at universities in France and Morocco.
