The Moroccan Association for Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineers, and The IEEE Morocco Section are organizing in cooperation with the Moroccan Universities and several other public and private institutions and businesses the third Moroccan Engineering Week (e-Week'10) in March, 2010.
Several technical and social activities are scheduled for e-Week'10 in different Moroccan cities. One of the main highlights of this event is the Best ICT Concept and Design Competition 2010 whose aim is to recognize technical, written, and verbal communication skills of Moroccan students. These skills are key to successful careers. The qualified candidates will represent Morocco in IEEE international competitions.
Within the context of the E-WEEK, the IEEE Morocco Section is organizing the Oriented Web Services Competition which is yet another opportunity for student in all Morocco Universities to interact and learn from one another.
The oriented web services should relay on open source. Students may select any topic that relate to local environmental issues; however, the judges are looking for depth rather than breadth.
Several technical and social activities are programmed in the framework of e-Week'10 in different Moroccan cities and towns. From these activities the Robotic Competition 2010 is one of the most important ones which is aiming at improving the competitiveness of all the technologies related with robotic and electronic systems within the country at the global scale, foster robotic programs within the Moroccan engineering schools and qualify candidates to represent this country in IEEE robotic international competitions.
