Morocco Next Generation Compliant Open Enterprise Information Management Systems Consortium (MCEMS)

The IEEE Morocco joint Computer & Communication Chapter (M3C), the Morocco SMEs Open Software Technology vendors (MSOS), and the Morocco SMEs Industry Leadership Group (MSIL) have joined in a collaborative effort to set up a global open framework to build up Morocco industry-wide compliant enterprise information management systems.

Under the coordination of the IEEE Morocco joint Computer & Communication Chapter, the IEEE Morocco Compliant Enterprise Information Management Systems  (MCEMS) Consortium has begun an in-depth feasibility study for setting up a global open framework that will be used for the development of a common core of a new generation enterprise information management software fully compliant with the Morocco’ legacy system. The study will contain a comprehensive description of the functional and technical requirements and standardized processes of each of the Consortium interest groups (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting …), identifying common processes, individual industry variations, and a core system architecture. It also contains a plan for moving the Consortium initiative forward through design, implementation, and quality assurance of the final delivery, that is Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Security, and Maintainability.

MCEMS has engaged a mixed senior team, highly skilled, innovative, and results-oriented to help with the implementation of the consortium objectives.

In case you are interested to become a member or a partner of the consortium, you can contact, Prof. Mohammed El Mohajir, chair of the IEEE Morocco joint Computer & Communication Chapter at This email address is being protected from spambots.
