5th IEEE IMP

The 5th IEEE Conference on Information and Multimedia Processing will be held in parallel with the IEEE CiSt’2020 international congress the week of 12th - 18th December 2020 "Postponed to 5th - 12 June 2021", Agadir - Essaouira, Morocco. 

Information processing techniques are an important ingredient of modern multimedia systems. The study profile provides knowledge in hardware and software components for processing, storage, coding, transfer, and analysis of various types of multimedia information (signals, images, video and data (text or script)).

Information processing has applications in communication networks, mobile ubiquitous systems, man-machine interaction, multimedia, medical informatics, security systems, biometrics, bioinformatics, and other areas of modern information society.

The main objective of the IMP conference is to bring together researchers interested in the area of the Information and Multimedia Processing to exchange the latest achievements and discuss future development related to this research area.

 

TOPICS 

We solicit submissions of original ideas and papers describing significant results and developments from both researchers and practitioners in a specific range of fields addressing the following topics:

  •  Speech and Spoken language processing.
  •  Textual data processing
  •  Image and video processing
  •  Image, video and information indexing and retrieval

PAPER SUBMISSION


Prospective authors should submit using the EDAS online paper submission platform, a paper of 4 to 6 pages maximum, describing their original work using the IEEE template

 

PUBLICATION

Accepted papers will be published in the proceeding in the IEEE Xplore Library, Scopus and DBLP. Furthermore, Authors of high quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work for potential publication in a special issue/section of an international journal.
